Kairo is a study in restraint: one typeface, one column, and generous margins that let the work breathe.
Navigation is a single vertical index. Images load progressively at full width, and the only motion on the site is the slow reveal as each frame enters the viewport.
It has since been adopted by more than 300 independent photographers.
